Sportsbook Promos is an independent publisher that reviews sportsbook promotions and welcome bonuses. We are not a sportsbook, we don't hold customer accounts, and we can't see or change anything inside your betting account. Here is what we can handle:

• Feedback: a page was unclear, or you want us to cover a question about bonus terms.
• Editorial questions: how we rate offers or why a sportsbook is ranked where it is.
• Business inquiries: partnership or advertising questions. Commercial relationships do not decide our rankings.
• Privacy or site issues: a broken page or a question about how the site works.

Use the contact method shown in the site header or footer to reach us. We don't list any other email address or phone number, so please be cautious of anyone claiming to contact you on our behalf.

What to include so we can help faster

1. The page address or title where you saw the issue.
2. The sportsbook and offer involved, for example a welcome bonus you believe has changed.
3. What the page says and what the sportsbook's own terms say. A screenshot with the date helps.
4. Your state, if the issue relates to availability or eligibility.

Please don't send passwords, full card numbers, Social Security numbers or ID documents. We never need them.

Problems with a sportsbook account or payout

If your issue concerns a deposit, withdrawal, bonus credit, verification or a closed account, contact that sportsbook's support team first. Keep your account records, screenshots of the promotion and any written replies. We can't resolve disputes, recover funds or speak to a sportsbook for you.

Also check the bonus terms before you claim anything. Rollover requirements, minimum odds, expiration dates and eligible payment methods differ between offers, and the sportsbook's own terms are the final word. Many of the sportsbooks in our rankings are offshore, so US state consumer protections may not apply to them, and there is a real risk that a payout could be delayed or refused. How we handle corrections

Promotions change often. Our facts were last reviewed on September 29, 2026, but a sportsbook may have updated an offer since then. When you report a discrepancy, we compare it with the sportsbook's published terms and update the page if we can confirm the change. We can't promise a reply time for every message. We haven't tested accounts or made deposits, so our pages rely on published information and editorial review.
